Week 4 - Session 3 - 5km Strength Training

Got up early this morning to put in the 5km recovery run as I knew the day would be busy one. It was a  clear crisp morning at comfortable pace. I ended up doing my stretching and strength training in the evening. I focused on the foam roller as I'm already feeling it's benefits. The hip flexor soreness I've carried for the last four month seems to have gone.
