Week 10 – Session 3 – 6.4km Recovery Run


Once around Cruickshank Park on a frosty winter’s morning. I made sure that  this was an easy workout with this weekends 24km coming up.  Pleased to see that I kept my HR in zone 1 and my pace within McMillan’s recommendation for a recovery run.  By running easy today and resting tomorrow, I’m looking forward to the weekends big run.
