Week 8 - Session 5 - 60mins X-Training Bike

For this weeks X-Training I cycled to work and back instead of swimming to give myself a bit of variety.

Although I find the cycling is easier than the swimming it isn't as relxing, as I have to negotiate both city traffic and my fellow cyclists hell bent on emulating Cadel Evans on the commute home.
