Week 9 – Session 3 – 6.4km Recovery Run


This is a slight increase in distance from previous Thursday workouts at an easy pace. Third day in a row where I’ve seen a significant drop In average HR, an indication of improving fitness. Will be interesting of this carries over to the weekends long run.
