Week 8 - Session 2 - 9.7km Midweek Run

This time last year if you'd told me that I'd be running more than 10km before breakfast I would have laughed. For the second week I ran an extra lap around the park and picked the pace up for the final mile at Hal's suggestion. Jack Frost added a nip to the air and a crunch under foot.
