Week 10 – Session 1 – 4.8km Recovery Run


Once around Cruickshank Park on a damp, dark , chilly morning before breakfast.  Feeling fully recovered after a sports massage yesterday afternoon. Decided to strength training for my legs this week but will stick with core exercises and the foam roller.
